  I have rented from a number of schools, and I have to say this was the most helpful and easiest experience of them all! Isla Verde is an ideal place to kite with a reef protected cove that has a massive amount of space so you never feel crowded. Juan and Dagmar give sage advice on the area but also technical improvement. They also have jet ski support.

  I was in town for a conference and called up 15 knots. Juan answered and was extremely professional and informative with his communication. This put me at ease from the start and re-assured me that I called the right place. We discussed the wind and were able to set a lesson for the next day. I came up with a friend who had never kite surfed before. We both had a blast and were able to fly the kite and get up on the board quickly. What an awesome experience. My instructor Dagmar was very patient and easy to communicate with and provided great instruction. After I left I talked to a friend that bought all of his kite gear from Juan And spoke highly. Of his experience.

  Experiencia inolvidable, un grupo de trabajo que ama lo que hace, muy profesional y se siente que dan su máximo para verte progresar al final del día.   This is a great place to rent gear, get lessons, and get some extra help if you're new to the area. The owner and instructors are very professional. Especially being Puerto Rico, they answer email and calls. Another point that is big with me is safety, and the staff keeps things safe. The beach can get crowded, they'll go the extra mile to make sure you're making the right decisions. The prices are reasonable. Kiteboarding is an expensive sport, the money is well spent though because they use top of the line gear. Normally I don't write reviews unless a business is a stand out so I'll finish with that.

  My experience with 15 Knots was incredible. I had been wanting to get into Kiteboarding for some time now. Since I was on vacation in PR, what better time? My instructor was Dagmar and she honestly couldn't have been any greater. Not only a well educated and experienced kiteboarder, but Dagmar has such an amazing personality that made learning fun, easy, and effortless. In addition, the male instructors who were there were also great people and I quickly felt that I had made new friends doing something we all enjoyed. What an amazing experience. Kiting may look as easy as holding onto a string but with the proper training, you can truly make the kite dance in the sky and that is exactly what you will learn with 15 Knots! I only was able to be trained on control of the kite and hoped to actually start surfing but my lesson was booked for only 2 hours and I did not have time to get that far but will surely move forward with surfing next time. Thanks again Dagmar!
