  I received an email today stating that an item was delivered to to this post office without my consent, I was unaware of this meaning someone is ordering things and sent it there with my name on it

  The main post office in this region is located here, after Hurricane Maria this place has been extremely busy most of the time. Long lines to wait for even the smallest of packages. Parking is very tight. Best times to come is usually about 3 in the afternoon on weekdays. But most post offices in the island are going through the same issues.

  Inexplicablemente desapacio un abanico de baterias que le envié a mi hermana en PR a este correo, la compañía que lo envió me confirma que el paquete se perdio en el trayecto, pero segun el tracking service ya el paquete habia llegado a la isla. Por favor investiguen!, pues hay mucha gente que la está pasando mal en PR y solo cuentan con lo qhe sus familiares le enviamos desde US.

  En un promedio menor a un año, han extraviado varios paquetes, no dan información para que el ciudadano realice investigaciones y no responden ni el teléfono. Urge que empleen personas adiestradas y que no extravíen las pertenencias de los demás. Una vez se puede entender, pero 3 veces? Necesitan ser investigados.
