  One of the best, if not THE best box in the island. You are treated like family! Just like the owners. Pet & Kid friendly! Experienced and certified coaches lead you through every session, looking out for every athlete's movements. Emphasizing in safety and helping each individual achieve their goals.

  We've dropped in twice now to Aggressive CrossFit and it's been one of the highlights of our time in Puerto Rico. The owners, coaches, and athletes there were extremely welcoming and the facility is fantastic. One of the best CrossFit gyms I've been to. I highly recommend Aggressive CrossFit.
