  As a disabled US Army veteran, i highly recomend you choose another car rental. I reserved a vehicle with Alamo in Puerto Rico for my father funneral and the employee swiped my card TWICE, when minutes later i check my bank statement it shows i was charged TWICE and one the times a price greater than the original price.I called everyday i was in Puerto Rico to fight the charge,i was given a run around and dennied a authorization number. Later was told by the manager basicly the money is lost and nothing else could be done. when i asked for the Employees name to write a formal complaint i was dennied the name and given a sketchy “Employee number”. will be taking legal actions towards the Company. Again if you're seeking a good car rental you're better off else where ,unless you're ok with them stealing from your hard earned cash.

  The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rented a car from Alamo in PR, I got a flat tire, I was on the highway and the car did not have a spare tire. I called their customer service which I believe are out of Miami and the person who was very impatient gets annoyed and hangs up on me. Leaves me stranded on the highway in very dangerous conditions at 1:30am. I called back and he ignores my call back, I’m assuming he had caller id. I then call from my wife’s phone and he answers the call he now pretends to be a different person when I clearly identify his voice as being the same person. I had to really step back and ask myself “do these people really work for Alamo?” Mind blowing. He then tells me that they have to take the car to San Juan 2hrs away to fix the tire. Smh. So I guess if you are in need of emergency assistance you are on your own with this company. I don’t usually write reviews but this was really agregious and disappointing. Bill Val

  Great service. No waiting in line. No surprise fees. Great prices. I came in an earlier flight, no problem, got my car at quoted price with no hassle. At the counter, they take the time explaining what's what for any extras you would like to add on, like GPS or extra insurance. The Express Tool Pass for the highway works well and I was charged as advised. Car return was also fast and smooth, with no surprises. Thanks again
