  The restaurant definitely deserves 5 stars for its view. The wait staff are friendly and the food is ok. My review might have been better; however, had I not had the misfortune of visiting this restaurant while on a tour. With that being said, I can't speak to how long it would take to receive a meal or quality of what is normally served. After an hour and 20 minutes, I can tell you all about oils that help the odd ache and pain.
