  This a Saturday, around 1:30 low to be seated - Ok, understood, it is in a mall. Slow serving, but I cannot complain about the server. He was doing best he could. Drinks, a wait. Not the server’s fault, the bar serving them!!! The Food. We wanted soup. Server says, let me check. I think we runout. He came back. “Yes, we just runout.” We order meals. But, have no silverware. Server brings one, then a second one, then he is embarrassed and says “we are running low and slow to cycle the silverware throuhg, do you object to plastic silverware?”. What choice do we have, right? Hungry. Food is brought. My kid’s grilled chicken was cold. We send it back to heat up. Once brought back, my kid had two bites and said was full. I tasted it, it tasted like cooked next to a fish. I am not the complaining type, so I let be. But, they do get a review. My stake? Way smaller than in the photo (and I ordered the 9oz). Dry and tasted reheated. Cost wise. Excessive for what you are supposed to get from a real Applebee’s

  Horrible experience. Ordered two plates of pasta and in both, the pasta was undercooked, felt like eating gum. Cheese was not entirely melted. Appetizers were good but main dish was horrible and the waiters did not treat us well. Applebee's food night not be bad, but this one in particular will not leave you with a good experience. If you wanna have a fancy dinner, I suggest you look elsewhere.

  It was lacking in all aspects. I orders the wonton tacos, this were good but for what they serve it's too expensive, and the presentation was lacking. I ordered the tortilla soup, it came after the meal had arrived and it tasted awful, the presentation left a lot to be desired. My brother ordered a burger, I don't recommend it and the fries were stale. McDonald's would have been a better option ...

  Chicken was dry, lack of ingredients to their new plates and information of such(ran out of fresh mozzarella so they switched it to shreaded, clearly the kind you can buy at the grocery store and expected me not to notice). Ribs werent good. All around, not flavorful. Second time I come and service and food arent great.

  The only good thing were the Nachos appetizer. The rest of the food did not have any flavor and we bought 6 different plates. Service was not the worst, but not good either. Would rather go to Chili's
