  Terrible service, I notice dirty glass parts of the unwashed bus, I approach the person to give him my complaint and before speaking he tells me I CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT YOU WILL TIP ME (THE TIP IS GIVEN IF THE WORK IS EXCELLENT) THE PERSON IN CHARGE DIDN'T TAKE A LETTER ON THE MATTER I basically ignore myself ANOTHER EMPLOYEE HAD TO FINISH THE JOB
