    Esta compañia noo sirve para nada uno esta una hora llamando y nunca contestan el telefono. Q mierdad d compañia nooo sirveeeee para nada, es una perdida de tiempo el servicioo es malooo muy malooo .

    I have to admit, I was totally impressed with the service. I was expecting total disaster. I was able to sign in electronically and waited to be call. The clerk was extremely polite and professional. I was able to present my complaint and resolved it , to the satisfaction, of both parties. Keep up the excellent work.

    If there were no stars that's what I would give. I spent 30 minutes the first time I called, don't call at 11am looks like they all go out to lunch together, second time 10 minutes waiting to find no answer to my problem, problem created by one irresponsible employee that did not match my automatic payment account to my vehicle and license plate hence I received a fine which I will pay since its the customers fault not theirs to have used their system for 5 years with out any problems and now their mistake comes out but it's my problem my car is not registered not theirs .For an irresponsible employee the customer pays. Their system is not validated at all and when you ask for a manager they tell you that you will resolve nothing, the manager will not side with the customer. I have to use them because their a monopoly. If I could, after being a good paying customer for 11 years with no incidents I would cancel the service today. They have a job thanks to the customers one would think they would be more aligned with keeping customers happy and most when they are the ones that faulted.
