  The phone service is lousy. You get a recording and they don't answer.

  The WORST attention to the client, I have been trying to know why I cannot use my account for more than a month, it is a carry and bring, one day they tell me something and the next day something else, every time I say that I want to close the account They say they are going to verify why or that they are going to call me back and they never fail to receive the call back, the worst of all is that every time I call the branch specifically they NEVER answer the phone, it is an incredible arrogance since I am not in the country and I cannot resolve in person, they honestly have to completely improve the system.
