  I’ve had many Airbnb experiences and Bed + Bruncheon stands alone in cleanliness, ambiance, relaxation and overall awesomeness. The hosts (Paul + puppies) are incredible. They have anticipated every need we have had before we even request it. I’ve been back to San Juan two other times and enjoy my stay here just as much as I enjoy the ocean!

  I stayed several nights with Paul at his Beautiful, no... INCREDIBLE home. He was a more than gracious host, with coffee waiting every morning, and overall the experience left me wishing the Rits Carlton would take some notes from Paul on how to give a truly 5 star experience

  An absolute oasis in the Caribbean. Strategically located near all the best tourist attractions and so very comfortable. Paul is always on hand with some great suggestions or help. Not to mention he serves a mean cocktail. And breakfast? Forget about it. Plus, you get a couple of adorable pooches thrown in. What more could one ask for? I had a delightful stay with my family and will be back for sure. It's Bed & Brucheon for me in Puerto Rico.

  Wow! Paul's home was like walking into an exclusive magazine layout. Every details was thought out and attended to, from the beautiful vignettes to the labeled guest soaps in the bathroom. His home is perfection. Yet I always felt comfortable and at ease. It was like staying at a high end hotel but with personalized touches. Paul and his dogs were friendly and accommodating. His knowledge of the area enhanced my time there and helped ensure that I had a great visit. I walked in as a guest but I walked out with a new friend. I can't wait to meet up with Paul again and would highly recommend you consider staying here if you are planning to be in the San Juan area.
