::Today, I had a scheduled eyebrow wax appointment for 2:40 PM with Karla which was my preference. Karla called out and the person in her place Xiomara never notified Karla’s clients of her absence, I drove an hour to Macy’s just to be told Karla is off today and if I wanted to keep my appointment I had to wait another hour, and it wasn’t a choice. Not only I wasted time, gas, and money but I was treated rudely and dismissed as a client as if I did something wrong. I will never use benefits cosmetics services in the future because they don’t value their customers. Thank you Xiomara for opening my eyes.
