  Greetings to anyone from Blanco Enterprises Inc. I'm a resident of one of the Blanco Enterprises properties located in Camuy P.R. (ADMINISTRATOR COMPLAINT) I just want to let you know that i'm very disappointed with the way the administrator is handling some of the situations that are occurring in the properties where I live. Question: I would like to know if the properties rules still exist? because for what I see everyday I would think they don't exist. I see many residents & visitors disrespect & abuse of the rules even with the presence of the cameras. Everything occurs everyday and sadly in the presence of the administrator & employees. It's not fair for many residents who are responsable to be suffering the consequences of these irresponsible people and it hurts me a lot seeing the administrator doing nothing about it. I can understand the administrator handles many paper work inside the office but I think she has to remember that outside of the office there are other situations she has to see and handle also.This is only a short explanation and hope it was worth it. Thank you for your time

  im not a customer nor would i ever i was on a jog in de beque colorado and after i hurd how the boss was yelling at the employees flat out disrespect degrading and highly un called for. for whatever the situation maybe how yall have employees is beyond me i have nothing good to say about this company after that
