  This is a small, comfortable hotel with courteous employees and self parking lot. Rooms are spacious and clean, a/c, basic cable TV, lots of storage space and an UNBEATABLE LOCATION! EVERYTHING is walking distance, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, sushi bars, 24/7 stores and the beach is right behind it. This girl also has a shared kitchen and living space. It's not luxurious nor modern but it will do just fine for a wonderful trip/vacation at the best spot of Isla Verde.

  Modest hotel but confortable. Great location, the staff is humble and very kind. Free parking and very close to the beautiful Isla Verde beach. Restaurants, nightclubs , car retal and 24 hours pharmacies just in case are something to see around. At 10 minutes from international airport, Condado area and Old San Juan. If are looking affordable price this is good choice.

  My sister friend stayed here.is nice.small room but nice,clean.you could use the kitchen. Behind the building is the beach.

  Couldn't sleep. Close to the road so you can hear every car go by. 190$/night seems way high for a hotel equivalent to a 40$ motel 8. But the people behind the desk were very nice and very helpful... I'd give it 5 stars if it were based on customer service alone. As a matter of fact if it weren't for the customer service this hotel would get 0 stars.
