  I had purchased a QC35 online and took delivery July 2016. Love it as I have all Bose products I own. Unfortunately on this one, the on/off switch broke and this occurred while I was away on a cruise. I LOVE travelling with my Headset, particularly while flying (think... crying babies!). I also enjoy using the Bose QC even when relaxing on a cruise so I can listen to what I want to listen to and I can block out extraneous noise and/or others' music that I don't like. So, when the on/off switch broke (don't know why), I was really not a happy camper what with several more days left on the cruise as well as a flight home. Fortunately the port of call the next day was San Juan PR where Bose has a lovely store in one of the main malls on Fd Roosevelt. In the past I have had great service from Bose Canada if a repair (usually they just replace!) has to be done so I figured I'd take a chance and see what might happen at the Bose Store in San Juan. Well... without ANY questions apart from queries regarding details that were necessary to process our transaction, the Manager at this store examined my Headset, and immediately actioned a replacement for me on the spot! He even issued a 'nil' invoice just in case Customs in Canada wondered why I had a new Headset with the Warranty and packaging etc. The invoice was sent via email and now I'm also registered at all Bose locations worldwide as a result. Simply outstanding customer service with a smile. And I am now able to continue to really enjoy the rest of my vacation! Kudos to this particular store and Bose in General! Bose continues to impress me as one of the most innovative and customer-friendly companies with which I have ever dealt! PERIOD!
