  Great spot. Their cotton unisex collection is comfortable, just wish there was more for men.

  I recently vacationed in Puerto Rico for the first time and stumbled upon an interesting and unusual Arts & Crafts gallery, BOVEDA. I want to highly recommend and commend the Proprietor for her integrity, swift response and resolution to an unexpected situation. I purchased a beautiful and unusually designed watch created by a Columbian artist. The watch 's bracelet was adjusted to accommodate my wrist and a number of links were removed. Unfortunately, the watch clasp kept dislodging and consequently the watch fell off my wrist. I took it back to the store and they apologetically repaired it. When I returned home and wanted to wear it for an evening out, the clasp again dislodged ant the watch again fell off my wrist. This time I lost it completely. I was utterly distressed and upset about the lose of such a beautiful piece of jewelry! Clearly the watch had a material defect and the warranty stated it could be returned, and, at the discretion of the store, repaired or replaced. I emailed the Proprietor and relayed the story asking if there was anything they could do. Not expecting that anything could be done since I didn't have a watch to return, she called me the next morning to apologize for the flaws in the design and letting me know that this was the first time they had any issue with a piece from this particular designer. She quickly offered to refund my money and credit my account. I was UNHAPPY to have lost the watch, but grateful and humbled by her gesture. Karma said I wasn't supposed to have this watch BUT fate gave me a reprieve. Thank you BOVEDA for your generosity and I promise to send the watch back if I ever find it!
