::I usually visit different chilis and I like most of them, but today this one was unacceptable their menu has been revamped and i was happy to try something new but the food was below average and I had the same plate I had a week ago at Chili's in Dorado waitress was horrible she was very cheerful with her co-workers but with customers non conversive not even a hello, forgot to take our order, she brought our appetizers and forgot we had not ordered our food, she spoke nothing to her customers like not even "how was your meal" okay not one word this was very very rude and very unacceptable we decided to stay because we were already there and we were hungry, but I guess you get bad apples every now and again and this one was horrible.. I think her name was "Aitza" like i said our food and appetizers were brought by coworkers so we saw her 3 times and just has a passerby.. But she was very happy to ask for 15% tip please... 😑

::Mi visita de Chilis Plaza Las América hoy 11/16/17 pésima. Comenzamos que pedí los refrescaos y uno de ellos llego con pajillas adentro tuve que solicitar que me cambiaran el resfresco en dos ocasiones para cuando lo fuí a probar no tenía soda. Segundo la comida pésima nada de sabor los ingredientes llegarón crudos y no salteados como tenían que ser. Y para colmar mi sita un mesero pasó por nuestra mesa y tropezó con todo lo que allí teníamos solo se disculpó no recogió nada y siguió caminando.Y por último el famoso molten pues eso fue lo mejorcito aunque le faltó más chocolate duro al mantecado. Trabajé hace unos años con ellos y créanme que la comida no sabe cómo antes hasta hoy fuí loca con Chilis. En este momento existen mejores restaurantes para comer con mejores porciones y mejores precios. El que salió ganando fue el mesero que recibió su propina completa.
