  The place need improvements and mostly basics. The tv is like from 1990 and it just have 2 cable channels only. The mattress are old and doesn't have boxprings. The apartment doesnt smell good neither bad. The A/C is good. The room have jaccuci but its not usable its broken. One of the bathrooms the shower its broken. Need more cleaning. The windows were really dirty. Have 2 microwaves and 1 doesnt work. The refrigerator its not clean clean. One of the pools were dirty. And the big one the water gets really hot and the filters were not on. The place its pretty but need more cleaning in the common areas. The breakfast place were not in ambient and was a little dirty. And the bar near was solitary and dirty. And the check in is at 4pm and check out at 12pm, it should be reverse.

  Service sucked and rooms were right. The location is not bad. No elevators suck with 2 babies. Nothing made this stand out in anyway.

  WiFi only in lobby. No cell phone service. Hair dryer broken. Coffee pot broken. Require wrist band at all times, cheap paper wrist band that doesn't hold up. Charge 25$ for a new one. No free breakfast. Most staff pleasent though.

  No running water while I was there. Definitely need to update. Locks on doors are soo rusted they barely function. The free wifi was not working. Nothing at the hotel was open. Trash in hallways smelled and needed to be taken out for days

  The only nice thing about it was the pool BUT WAS NOT SO GREAT. No restaurant in the area. They certainly need to upgrade. We were very disappointed. There was a Coffee pot but no coffee, sugar, creamer. Photo on web shows big fridge, had a very small fridge. Bathroom was HORRIBLE. There was 1 wash cloth for a family of 4, 1 hand towel for 4 persons. When you laid at edge of bed, you would roll to middle of bed. Definitely need to change the mattresses. Room smelled nasty & was dirty. Very nice Pool but no towels. NO WIFI. TV had 3 working stations No view whatsoever from room. No security. Not able to go on beach, too many big rocks, waves were horrible. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN & I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
