The hotel is nice but the rooms are really small. Also the $30 + "resort fee" and the $15 for parking is ridiculous. What exactly makes this hotel a "resort"? Is not by the beach and there aren't any amenities that a resort would have.

A free warm cookie when you check in, clean rooms, nice pool area, great breakfast selection and breakfast hours are great for those that work!!! 5:30-6 a.m. opening ... restaurant in hotel. A safe parking garage ... safe area ... and a ton of EXCELLENT restaurants really within walking distance. Private beach access and only a short walking distance to the beach. Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel! And I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Staff is friendly as well!

Nice medium sized rooms. Friendly staff. Beautiful facilities, pool, restaurant, etc. Beds a little hard for our liking but would be fine I'm guessing for most. Even shuttle and service at the beach. Would recommend, would stay again, no hesitation.

When we first entered, the room was big and there was music playing. There were empty sofas everywhere with many board games available, so we played a game of chess. My cousin went to the front desk and asked for some cookies, which they provided for free because my uncle had a room. If you're not looking to eat out, the hotel restaurant is pretty decent. It had very good quality foods, except for the Caprese salad which my uncle had ordered and expressed his disgust. The problem with the salad was the cheese, which wasn't up to standards. If it weren't for the Caprese salad, I would have given this a five-star rating. We ended up putting it back to a 5-star rating because my cousin, who helped me write this review, really enjoyed the free cookies.

Beautiful scenery inside of the hotel, very nice staff, and comfortable atmosphere. Close to Supermax, Roma, and Starbucks just to name a few places. They offer transportation to the beach and beach towels. The Laundry room has two of each machine yet took a while to dry out clothing. Detergent and dryer sheet are free at the front desk. Rooms are not so spacious if you book a double bed room.
