  Absolute quality. My visit to Dr. Duran's office was the most satisfying experience at a dentist office. The waiting room is elegant and refreshing. The secretaries are pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Duran was thorough explaning the details of the next steps after the evaluation. He then let me have a moment to corroborate my options, budget and available time to coordinate my short period left in Puerto Rico. The doctor's assistant, Cristina was there to clarify any details that could worry me, her service was excellent.

  Great experience. Wish I would’ve known about them before. From my first call, to arriving at the office and being greeted, I knew that I would have a great experience. Totally recommended.

  This was the best experience at a doctor's office in my entire life! Since you arrive, the entire staff make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable. For once in my life, I felt heard and understood. They treated me with such care and respect that I felt like Royalty (and this is coming from someone who was too scared of visiting a dentist office). The doctor makes sure you do not leave with a question unanswered and explains the outcomes and steps he will take to help you. Words cannot describe what this experience was, make an appointment and get amazed. You won't regret it!

  Dr. Duran and his staff provide excellent service and customer care. I felt welcome and cared for from the very first visit. I have had extensive dental work done in the past and never found an office so friendly and professional. Every staff member greets you with a smile and welcomes you by name. Dr Duran takes the time to discuss your priorities and concerns and then delivers what you are looking for. The work performed was done with a high level of skill and artistry. I had a very tight timeline prior to my wedding and Dr Duran came up with a treatment plan that would give me a gorgeous smile for our big day. I am beyond thrilled with the outcome and plan to continue to see Dr Duran for additional care. I would recommend this office to any friend or family member. Thank you Dr Duran and staff!
