  You call the phone and they NEVER answer. I've been calling for days and nothing. It seems that one has to appear in the place so that they can attend to the public.

  I have never dealt with a more discourteous person than the staff of this station. Giving opinions in personal situations without knowing anything about the matter, only for their assumptions. Do your work, limit yourself to your responsibilities and avoid giving opinions without knowing the factors especially if you are not asked for your opinion.
