  I ordered a flower arrangement for my mother's birthday THE DAY BEFORE HER BIRTHDAY while I was out of the country. The person who answered the phone whose name I think was Juan Pastrana (not sure if he is the owner) was extremely helpful and kind. Not only was he really helpful and offered an arrangement that was really beautiful at a very good price but he delived the flowers to my mom himself. My mom told me to tell him that the flowers were really nice and thank you for his kind delivery. Gracias Juan! Perdone si este no es el nombre suyo.
