  The lady at the entrance was very nice. What I did not like, is that when we where looking for sneakers. No body came up to us to help with looking for the size or giving floor service. After waiting for more than 15 minutes I Had to go to the cashier so someone could help me to get the sneakers out from the back. After waiting 15 minutes. Went to someone else. Very upset with the service. Before yesterday I had went before January and the service was excellent. But then that day there was visitors from headquarters.
