  Very appreciative of the sensitivity and care of the staff during this very difficult time. Our family were treated with respect. We chose Alvarez because they took great care when my Mom passed 10 years ago. They did likewise for my Dad. Shout out to Ferdinand, the young man that worked my contract. He contacted me to give me his condolences. I thought that was very thoughtful.

  Good service overall, the only suggestion is that the person writing the obituary should pay more atención to the information being posted on the web site as there were too many errors such as the name of the deseases, family members and they added parents names in two diferente section but not the husband name.

  Very professional staff, who treated my mother, daughter and myself with the upmost respect. The downside was the COVID-19 pandemia, which did not allow us to pay my father, Martin Vazquez Cruz with the respect and honor he was due and well deserved. Thank you for everything and keep up your outstanding service.

  From the very beginning we were treated with the upmost respect and consideration. We were at a lost upon arrival and the staff at the Funeral Home took us under their care and very patiently worked with us to help in taking care of the arrangements, recovery of the body of the deceased and explaining all the details concerning their services. We were taken care of by Mr. Francisco Figueroa and in his absent all the other staff at the Funeral Home were able to assist us seamlessly. I have seem this type of teamwork in very few institutions and I really mean this.
