  The hotel is clean and almost everyone (the staff) I came accross was extremely friendly, polite and happy. Except one lady that worked at the bar. She seemed nice to everyone except me. So I'm not sure what I did to her. I'm a good tipper but whatever. The resort fee is a little ridiculous, especially when combined with the already high rates. If I don't return, the only reason would be the price. The food served (and cooked right at the bar) is very good. Breakfast was decent.

  This is a great hotel! Front desk attendants are great and very accommodating. Located close to great restaurants and two beaches. Rooms are great with the usual amenities. Cleaning personnel do a great job! Would recommend this hotel!

  This is a pretty easy place to find. It's average price for San Juan, but remember their really high tourism taxes. You also have a daily resort fee here, though it's not really a resort. I wanted to try their pool bar, but didn't. Nice to have breakfast! A few restaurants within walking distance. Overall, a decent value with reliable cleanliness.

  Nice spot in a nice location (if you dont mind the sound of airplanes taking off all day and night) a few blocks from the beach! It's a little ran down and needs to be updated but hey it's Puerto Rico so not surprising. It is surprising for $300 a night though especially neighboring up next to a cock fighting ring and the takeoff runway for the airport. The pool was well maintained and had a swim up bar/grill in it. The burgers are amazing but the drinks needed a little bit of work. Overall I'd be willing to stay there again I just wish they had a shuttle to the airport (I know they're not allowed to) or some kind of deal with the taxi company for a lower rate for guests than the $20 it cost for a 3 minute ride across the street.

  Beautifully appointed room (222). I li ed the Bali themed furniture. Bedding was extremely comfortable. Water wear in the bathroom shower but room was clean. Service every day. Hotel breakfast was better than expected. There is a swim up bar and grill at the pool. We did not try it. There is also happy hour 5 to7pm. I only wish there was a restaurant.
