  Como es posible que un hospital tan grande tenga la peor entrada al estacionamiento: totalmente destruida (el camino está minado de cráteres en el suelo, parece un camino de tierra y sumamente incómodo- quisiera saber quien fue el brillante “ingeniero” que se le ocurrió hacer una isleta en el mismo medio de la curva que conduce al estacionamiento de clientes-. Cuando vuelva saco fotos y las posteo para que se avergüencen (si es que tienen decoro) y reparen ya de una vez todo ese camino al estacionamiento. Parece mentira que cobren tan caro la tarifa de estacionamiento y no la pavimenten y arreglen como debe ser. Probablemente gastaron todo el dinero en la Torre de oficinas remodelando y no tienen presupuesto para reparar el camino al estacionamiento de clientes. Y después mercandean el hospital como turismo médico... POR DIOS!!🤦🏻‍♀️

  My grandmother had to be hospitalised there with acute chest pains and extremely high blood pressure. spoke to two nurses who said they didn't know anything about her condition because they just started their shifts. (4 hours prior my grandmother saw both of them working when she got admitted). nurses said that we needed to speak to the doctor to get the full info on her condition. they said he was a little busy but that he would see us within an hour. we sat in the waiting area staring at the semi dirty floors waiting for the doctor. about an hour later the janitor who eventually started moping that dirty floor explained to us that he had overhead what the doctor was saying concerning my grandmothers condition and gave us HIS diagnosis. yeah you read that right the janitors diagnosis. Over 11 HOURS LATER the doctor finally showed up and gave us less info than the janitor did. in the end it turned out that the guy who mops the floor at night knew more than the "doctor" with the degree on his wall did. your better of buying some bandaids and praying to god than getting any kind of decent medical care here......oh and by the way this all happened in 1992.

  Mi esposo fue admitido a sala de emergencia hace varios días y honestamente la desorganización que tienen es increíble. Luego del accidente de mi esposo y desde su llegada al hospital estuvo casi 2 horas esperando para que le suministraran algún tipo de medicamento para el dolor y esto sucedió porque estuve insiste con la persona que estaba en el counter de enfermería dándole seguimiento. El staff y las enfermeras cuando ibas a preguntar algo te miraban como si les molestara nada más el que te acercaras, una sensación horrible. El doctor que lo atendió para mi gusto no fue atento, ni siquiera evaluó a mi esposo solo le hablo, unas preguntas y ya... físicamente no toco su área de problema, las placas que le tomaron de su brazo ni las enseñó...sólo dijo que no tenía nada, no estaba roto. Que teníamos que ir a un médico de cabecera o generalista para que nos hiciera referido y mi esposo aún con su hombro visiblemente con una hinchazón fuera de lo normal. Mi primera y mi última vez en este hospital. **UPDATE** Tuvimos que regresar al siguiente día porque su dolor no mejoraba y me atendió otra doctora que si supo explicar detalladamente y referirnos a un doctor ortopeda que lo ayudaría.

  My father was admitted at this hospital.My complaint is about his cardiologist Dr.Ulfret.He do not speak with any professionalism to my mother when she try to get advise and ask him if my father can have permission to travel to US.He was very sarcastic and disrespecful and show no interest about what she need to talk.Can't wait he is out of there.

  Debo opinar que en los últimos años el servicio al paciente en Sala de Emergencias ha ido decayendo. Es muy pésimo el trato de l@s enfermer@s al paciente, como si trataran con objetos y no seres humanos. No son dignos de su vocación, están por el dinero. Son arrogantes, no tienen empatía para nada y algunos doctores igual. OJO CON ESTO! Supervisen bien a sus empleados.
