  They're good at some point but I'm unsatisfied with the way they try to solve problems. How is it possible that a company so known as this one cannot provide a solution for a problem not a copy of your files when YOU ARE THEIR CUSTOMER WHILE FILING AND PAYING TAXES WITH THEM?

  H&R block makes it easy for us but as an military Active Duty service member I think they need to work on some discount for us. Prices are to expensive and you have a competition that does it for free as well.
