  El lugar está muy bien ubicado, el personal de recepción es muy amable, le pongo dos estrellas porque la limpieza de la habitación es pesima los días que estuve ahí tuve siempre problemas un día porque no limpiaron la habitación, otro porque las tazas para el café estaban sucias, la cafetera igual, y otro día tuve problemas con la limpieza del baño

  Una porqueria la pisina no sirve no tiene nada de recreación..y no tiene restaurantes.

  I stayed at this hotel with my family and friends before boarding the Disney Cruise. Everything was fine until I left the hotel and find that I was missing some of my personal items. Upon my arrival at the hotel I noticed and reported that the safe wasn't not working but the response from the office was that they needed an "engineer" to change the battery. Engineer who never arrived. Without any other option I leave my belongings in my hand luggage and the sign in the door of not disturbing. When boarding the cruise I realized these items were missing. They stole three watches, gold and silver necklace, and ear ring. I report it because it seems to me an abuse of this hotel line that has not taken up any action so far and ruined the holidays with my family. First for not having the right people in their facilities. And second because they do not have their equipment in good condition. Someone from their facilities stole my stuff and so far I did no hear anything from them Yo me quede en este hotel antes de abordar el Disney Cruise. Todo iba bien hasta que abandone las instalaciones del hotel y me entere de la falta de unos objetos personales. A mi llegada al hotel noté y reporté que la caja fuerte no esta funcioando pero la respuesta de la oficina fue de que necesitaban a un "ingeniero" para cambiar la bateria. Ingeniero que nunca llego. Sin ninguna otra opcion deje mis objetos de valor en la maleta de mano mas el avizo en la puerta de no molestar. Cuando aborde el crucero me di cuenta de la falta de estos objetos. Lo reporto por que me parece un abuzo de esta linea hotelera que no haya tomado cartas en el asusnto hasta el momento y haya arruinado las vacaciones con mi familia. Primero por no tener la gente adecuada en sus instalaciones. Y segundo por no tener sus equipos en buenas condiciones.

  Es un sitio nuevo, amplias habitaciones con buen gusto decoradas, sin embargo hay poco personal, el día que llegamos la chica de recepción nos atendio en el bar y preparo nuestros alimentos, si uno pide alimentos fuera del desayuno se lo sirven en un pack de plástico, sin embargo la gente tiene la mejor disposición de ayudar. El desayuno variado y rico. Sólo consideraría más personal y vajilla.

  Buen lugar,tranquilo, te hacen sentir especial, la comida es buena. Los empleados muy atentos.
