  Excelente, dijeron que el proceso completo tardaria un maximo de 6 semanas. En un mes ya tenia mi ID, todo realizado por la web y el telefono. Muy satisfecho.

  Worst experience ever. Please do not waste your money. I am a combat veteran from Iraq and Afghanistan that arrived in PR last year. I applied for the liscense, talked to the doctor, filled out the paperwork. Had a lawyer notirize it and sent it in. So then Maria happened. When I was finally able to read my email thwy tell me that there is a new process and that I have to fill out a new form. I told them that I didnt have power and they said well too bad. A month later when I get my power and fill out this new form and send it in, guess what? Yep, there is a new form to fill out and the old one is no good. So again I have to try and find a friend with a printer and do everything. This time one of the pages got cut off so they told me I had to do everything all over again. See a pattern here. Then I expressed how upset I was about the process and they asked doe my passport. So I emailed it to them and they complained because I dont have a PR drivers license. That was over two months ago. Now they wont return my emails and their phone that I used is disconected. Short story, either stay away from these crooks, do it illegally or go somewhere else. Hope this helps at least one person not make my mistake.

  Bueno. Llevo mucho mas del tiempo que indicaron y nada. Además nunca puedes hablar con nadie. Es verdaderamente decepcionante. A punto de comenzar mi proceso por otro lado pero necesito que me devuelvan el dinero o las llamadas.
