A bouncer opened the door for us and we were greeted by the cacophony of a live band. We chose to be seated in the second room so it wouldn't be as loud (personal preference, we had our younger kids with us and an uncle.) The staff was very friendly as we asked about menu items. We had chicken wings to start and they were cooked to perfection, full of flavor (and to be honest with you, I don't really like chicken wings! and they were not doused in any sauce like in the States.) The French fries were meh (but we weren't here for the fries. We had red snapper in a white sauce (they asked what glaze he wanted and he wasn't sure how to respond, they had quite the selection), Pina colada that was creamy and yummy (sin alcohol), a steak (something Angus, they were out of the porterhouse and a few other steak options, and it was served with mushrooms on top), a chicken dish with brown gravy, and pechuga rellena with prosciutto and manchego. The pechuga rellena was the best! It was air conditioned, which was a little disappointing because I love the open fresh air cafes and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this, unless you have a third grader who is extremely picky (he ate ALL the fries lol!) Definitely worth it!

Hermoso y acogedor lugar. Precios altos en comparación a la porción servida. Excelente servicio al cliente. Ambiente familiar. Lugar accesible.

Very nice staff and good service. Lunch special was delicious and only $6. The building is historic and fun; architecture and look at all the antiques inside

Excellent restaurant. Very beautiful inside. Lots of antiques and paintings. Great food and drinks. Comfortable space. Friendly staff. It can be busy. No parking lot. Right on downtown Juana Diaz.
