Poor customer service. They had a staff member who was sitting at the cashier on his cellphone, who after I had paid, I asked him to cut the tag off. Instead of helping, he just ignored me. Then when I asked for a manager, he suddenly said he isn't on his shift. His manager came didn't apologize or acknowledged the situation, just cut the tag off. This store has potential if they make customer experience a priority and as well don't allow staff to be on their mobile phones.
