::This the adjoining building to Mona Loiza apartments, which was quite literally one of the worst AirBNB experiences of my life. There are cockroaches, black mold, loose fixtures hanging from the ceiling, exposed wires, leaking air conditioning among other things. Monica and Alondra are unhelpful absentee hosts. I've stayed at plenty of better places and around Ocean Park - don't waste your time or money. AVOID at all costs.

::Reasonable prices, walking distance to restaurants and other amenities. Close to the beach. My room and the common areas were kept clean. Manager was responsive. Felt very satisfied with my experience during that week.

::Reservation made for Feb 21 for 4 nights. Building locked up. No one answered phone. Could not get in. a week later a travel agency billed me for the 4 nights . This is fraud or complete incompetence,. Paint cans and cement all over behind totally locked fence, Electric meters not installed.
