  Fantastic Food Great service by Natalie the hostess, Maria, and our waiter. Chef did an excellent job. Relocated from outside to inside when it rained. All staff was pleasant & attentive. Great meal

  Horrible. NEVER COME HERE. The service was horrible and extremely slow. I waited 45 MINUTES for my APPETIZER to come. When it came, it tasted horrible. My main meal was even worse. I will tell my friends to never come here and I recommend for people to never even think about coming. I would rate 0 stars if I would.

  Amazing setting this side of the world. We are from Atlanta, loved every minute of the entire experience. Food amazing!!! Incredibly romantic setting!!! You feel like you are in Japan!!!

  Good food (4stars), service was terrible (maybe 1star). Rosemary white tea lemonade, no rosemary. One waiter took our appetizer order and walked away, a second waiter came and asked if we still needed the menus, we said we had not ordered yet. They took our entree order, thank you. Appetizers came out, then our entrees came out...40 minutes later...FORTY. It felt like everything was an ordeal and WE were the ones were apologizing to the waitstaff. "Sorry to bother you, can we have more water?" They later brought the check with no pen. "Sorry, can we get a pen?" Sorry...you guys need to get it together.

  During our week long vacation to Puerto Rico this was by far the best experience of the trip. It is a true hidden gem! Within the Caribe Hilton hotel's natural bird habitat and what an amazing place to put a restaurant. It is an enclosed area but still feels like your eating inside the rainforest. Our party of 5 sampled a variety of food and drinks ,every meal & beverage was absolutely spot on. Also very moderately priced compared to other restaurants in the area. Our server David was friendly and very informative. Honestly probably top five best places I've ever eaten.
