::I don’t buy much at Macy’s but I have to say they do have great close and shoes for the hole family. If your good searching for specials you will find some good deals for close but you have to be checking it out constantly to get the scoop.

::It was very easy to check for prices, there were lots of employees and they gave their opinions on the products they sold / they always say the best one is the high priced one and they recommended it, it was good but I bought the regular kind of product. I don't usually buy things on a big store as this one. Last time I went there, the waiting lines were long and counter service took a very long time, it was stressful. I dislike long lines and slow service but Today it was very fast and they didn't forget to check for discounts in my account. It was a good feeling today 😌 its was a better experience today, they are getting better!

::Good safety protocols in the shoe department. Lady cashier amazing, professional and super courteous. I am so sorry for not taking her name. However, Felix is another story. He simply does not know anything about customer service. He is the reason why I am unable to give a better rating.

::The curb side pick up works great. They have designated parking spaces. You just follow the instructions in your email. The waiting time was about 15 minutes. Great service and attentive staff.
