  You're better off dying than being taken here. Don't waste your money on an ambulance if you plan on coming here. I could have driven to a hospital on the other side of the island and back and still would've waited less for medical attention. 7 hours and still waiting.

  Disorganized processing of patients in emergency area. Arrived at 6:50am received prompt attention at triage area. No further attention until 8:30am. And the lista goes on... 7:39pm still waiting.

  The service on admissions was great, I don't have anything bad to say about it. However, the matt's they have on those beds are horrible for using a word. They have been overused to the point of having a big dent/hole on it. When you tell someone at the desk about it or even to get a pillow bc they don't even provide a pillow or warm blankets for anyone unless you are a VIP... They don't care. I had to go to a store near by at 9pm to get stuff for my mom to be able to lay on that bed bc they would not even exchange the bed for another one. They charge the health insurance high prices but they would not provide even the basics for a patient.

  My mother in law experiencing chest pains, came in via ambulance and had to wait 5 hours to be seen. To find out those who have private insurance and pay cash get seen first because that is who the doctors believe is emergent.
