  Excelente lugar, pero mal administrado. Localización y menú muy buenos. Servicio fatal. Hoy estuvo lloviendo mucho, pero no hubo un plan de acción a seguir para estos casos. Increíble para un lugar que está expuesto a que esto suceda. Los empleados se esforzaron, pero no estaban organizados. Se notaba tensión entre ellos. Lo que allí hubo fue un caos y desorganización. 20 minutos para que nos sirvieran una mimosa y una botella de champán. En serio ? La gerente y su ayudante, por lo menos eso parecían, no son los adecuados. Ella ignoraba cuando uno la llamaba. Él, simplemente tenia cara de no me hablen. Como dije, excelente lugar, pero la gerencia no está a la altura !!

  Used to be great once upon a time. Those days are gone, and then some. Great food menu completely replaced with a lame one, understaffed, etc. You get the idea.

  Great view, excellent service and great pizza. Best hotel bar we’ve been to in San Juan.

  The pizza was excellent. Best we had while in Puerto Rico. The burger was also phenomenal. The views only made the great food even better. The service was excellent as well. The best meal we"ve had all week.

  Only two stars because everyday we had to call for more towels and or wash clothes. Me and my wife went to the rooftop bar and grill and I ordered the Ginger soy wings covered in the sauce like I had about 5 times before. Our waitress started almost insisted that they didn't do that and we assured her that they did, and on our 3rd to the last day we had to call request to have the linen changed on our 4th night. As you enter the Hotel the staff is extremely friendly. Loved the Beach
