  I am so unhappy right now. First Lets talk about their "financing". Its a payday loan scam. Buy $4,000 worth of furniture (including IVU), get approved for financing, pay $8,800. Even the ninety day "interest free" option added 20%, which i was told was "taxes". Do your math beforehand and pay everything same day. But i purchased anyway. I scheduled by delivery for 15 days after purchase. Its 630PM. My furniture isnt here. I took a day off work and my furniture isnt here. I wont be allowing a bunch of strange men into my home after dark so i guess they will be refunding my money. If they dont, discover card will.

  Compre muebles en Novo Stilo en noviembre 2017 y luego de múltiples gestiones infructuosas me informaron que para finales de mayo recibirían los muebles que compre. Este negocio vende mercancía que no tienen disponible. Por otro lado pagué y no me han devuelto el dinero.

  Son de lo peor !! Llevo 3 meses desde que hice mi compra con esta tienda y hasta el día de hoy no me han querido hacer la entrega llamo y me cuelgan el teléfono y aún así no me quieren devolver el dinero.... le falta mucho como servicio al cliente son un fracasó de personal 😡..
