  Wonderful hat shop, owned by a very gracious and helpful family who has been selling hats for 40+years. Totally worth a visit to learn about hats even if you don't buy one. (I bought one...) Note for those, such as myself, with a generously sized dome. They not only had sizes to fit my melon, they said they even have ones 2-3 sizes bigger....

  Ole for me is as authentic as can be when it comes to visiting a local gem in Old San Juan. The environment is cozy and welcoming. The owners and all their staff are charming. You will always find the best of panama hats and/or novelties. Un lugar acogedor y de encanto para curiosear y comprar.

  Beautiful little shop, fantastic hats, and the women who work there were so welcoming and helpful! Buying a handmade hat here is a unique experience.

  if you want a REAL panama hat this is probably the best place to get it anywhere its a great little shop in old san jaun (so cant beat the atmosphere) the ladies that where running the shop when i was there was wonderfull love my hat

  This place was everything I read about. I'm 22 and I don't know much about hats but the staff made me feel comfortable and they were very helpful. I was able to find exactly what I wanted. They even helped me get a hat for a friend back home by judging his head size from a picture and even giving him an adjuster just in case it didn't fit right. They offered to have it sent back if he wasn't pleased. Customer service was through the roof!! With no other customers in the store, my custom hat took about 30 minutes to to be ready for me to walk out the door with it on. Highly recommend. October 2016
