::Helpful and friendly experience! Our car battery died in the Costco parking lot yesterday. We were able to get it jump started and pulled into the close by Pep Boys only five minutes prior to closing. Even though they were about to close, the staff was friendly and helpful and agreed to replace my battery. The mechanic (last name Rodriquez) was very nice and even reset my radio/display system. Great experience and highly recommend!
