  I strongly recommend a thorough training to the staff who make a follow up or revisit call. It's better to say that they are only addressing the need to repeat study than to offer information that is misleading. Health is a very personal and subjective matter.

  The worst service ever received is found here. Very nice place but unprofessional and incompetent staff. The phone seems to have electricity because they never answer it. They change your appointment once in the office without meaning. Nobody wants to take responsibility and there is never a supervisor or person in charge. By necessity, people have no choice but to wait.

  Horrible service and lack of empathy. Called to get Xrays for a broken hand with a Stat order. They told me to get an appointment for a week later or just go to a hospital if I actually felt I was in a hurry. They weren't even full, turns out they wanted to leave early on a Friday morning. They couldn't even recommend me another imaging center.

  Horrible service, I called to make an appointment at 6:45am and the secretary or receptionist told me to call after 7:00am to do so. I called after 7:00am and NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE. Horrible service, would never recommend.
