  Dr. Brau is the nicest doctor I've been around. Her motto on cosmetic dermatology "less is more", your skin and face changes look natural and not "overdone". On medical dermatology she does the best approach possible to the problem, resolving almost every issue in a short period of time.

  Dr. Brau's practice is an example that it IS possible in Puerto Rico to have a medical practice that respects patients' time, and presents itself in a 100% professional manner, from the moment you enter to the moment you leave. Located in Clínica las Américas, a medical building, Dr. Brau's office is very well appointed, with the waiting areas, offices and patient rooms looking modern, bright and clean. The staff is courteous and professional. Very importantly, every effort is made to see patients at the stated appointment time. People with experience with doctors in Puerto Rico will know that these things are sadly not the norm here, and yet Dr. Brau has pulled it off. Most importantly, Dr. Brau is an impeccably well-trained dermatologist, who takes the time to interact with her patients, explain the findings and procedures, and thoroughly perform her job. Again, this is not the norm here, which makes this such a welcome experience. So 5/5 stars, and I wish Dr. Brau every success in maintaining these best practices. Other doctors in Puerto Rico should check this out and benchmark it. ¡Sí se puede!

  I’m sure Skin by Brau is probably a nice dermatologist but you guys should consider replying to people’s messages from your website contact form. I sent three messages and never heard back.

  Dr. Brau is an excellent dermatologist. All my questions and concerns were answered, explained and taking care of. She took the time to make my daughter and I feel comfortable. Highly recommended.
