  Yo elegí esta compania para mi mudanza de P.R a Orlando por la información que había leído por Internet y pensé que era muy buena y excelente. Pero lastimosamente me equivoque ya a pesar que todo al principio fueron muy amables pero al final fue una pesadilla ya que no me llegaron unas cajas con cosas personales que nunca me llegaron. Los que empacaron fueron excelentes, el que me la entregaron también, pero los de la oficina después que tomaron el dinero por el embarque ahí fue la pesadilla ya que no me entregaron las copias de los documentos llenados. Siembre me dijeron que me lo enviaban por email y nunca enviaron los que estaban llenos. Las cosas que se me desaparecieron nunca los encontraron y me dijeron que me habían entregado cuando nunca fue realmente así ya que de ser así nunca los hubiera molestado ni tampoco estuviera escribiendo esto ya que es mi primera vez que hago esto y es porque estoy molesta bien inconforme con ellos. De lo que se perdió solo me dicen que me pagan una miseria y lo que se perdió son como alrededor de $ 380.00 y solo quieren pagar mas que $50.00 esto es un abuso. Después que los elegí a ellos les dije que algunas cosas eran para que me lo entregaran al apartamento y la otra eran para el storage y esa información nunca la enviaron en los doc. de acá y por poco si no lo peleo también me hubieran hecho pagar por ese servicio que ya había sido pagado desde el principio. No los recomiendo a nadie mas es un pésimo servicio de oficina, documentación e información para los clientes.Solamente los muchachos que dieron el servicio de empaque todo fueron muy buenos y serviciales pero los otros de oficina ni les cuento mas pues le tengo bastante coraje por su mal servicio. Les doy pésima recomendación y el que se quiera arriesgar pues allá ustedes. Gracias por nada. I chose this company to my P.R moving to Orlando by information which had read on the Internet and thought it was very good and excellent. But unfortunately me wrong already to weigh that all to the beginning were very friendly but to the end was a nightmare since not me arrived some boxes with things personal that never I arrived. Those who packed were excellent, that gave me it also, but those of the office then who took the money by boarding there was the nightmare since not they gave me copies of the completed documents. Sow me said that I it sent by email and never sent those who were full. Them things that is me disappeared never them found and I said that I had delivered when never was really so since of be so never them had annoyed or nor was writing this since is my first time that do this and is because am annoying well dissatisfied with them. Of what is lost only me say that I pay a misery and what is lost are as around $ 380.00 and only want to pay more than $50.00 this is an abuse. After them chose to them them said that some things were for me it delivered to the apartment and the other were for the storage and that information never it sent in them doc. here and by some if I don't fight it also had made me pay for this service that had already been paid from the outset. I do not recommend anyone more it is a bad office, documentation and information service for clients. Only boys who gave the service of packaging all were very good and helpful but other office or tell them because I have enough courage for their bad service. Les doy bad recommendation and which is wants to risk because beyond you. Thanks for nothing.

The staff is extremely professional, friendly and helpful, all issues are addressed promptly and resolved quickly. I highly recommend this company for your moving needs.
