  At first was a bit scared about how my experience would’ve been after reading some negative reviews, but I just realized they’re most likely a bunch of snobs. Listen to me & go here when you get the chance! Beautiful resort, welcoming staff, and a quiet environment. Try not to overbook activities outside of the resort, there’s so much to do there for free (and for additional costs as well). I literally have no complaints, they were very accommodating for a large group of us, and I cannot wait to return again!

  stunning resort, beautiful people with terrific service. Just like most Industries currently there is a staffing shortage due to unemployment benefits, but it is trying its best. Jose the General Manager goes above and beyond for his guests and his co-workers. We married here in 2017 and it was outstanding.

  One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The setting was perfect and the grounds of the hotel were breath taking. Staff was incredibly friendly. We didn't get the best service, but I think the hotel was understaffed and just doing the best they could with a busy weekend. We checked out every hotel restaurant, went golfing, relaxed at the beach and pool and got spa treatments. Everything was perfect. I wish I was still there!

  The staff was incredibly kind. Location was beautiful. The food by the pool was so good and there was a wonderful environment in the resort. Iguanas, birds, lizards, and frogs all over the place and it was so cool. The rooms where very clean and cozy. Gym was spacious and had all the things a gym might need. Great resort and I recommend.

  Amazing resort. Outstanding customer service. Several pools,private beach. Two restaurants. You really don't have to leave the property to have a relaxing experience. Spa is great. Landscaping is a show apart. Room was impeccable. Attention to details is incredible anywhere you go.
