  I bought a merchandise that could not be used with damage, when I went the next day the Manager refused to change the product for which I had paid. He didn't want to help us and only to use store credit. The receipt does not clearly state this practice and the store is not labeled this policy.

  Customer service is TERRIBLE. They don’t even acknowledge that you have arrived or greet you, even if you stand in front of them from across the counter. They have stuck up attitudes for no reason. Service in the US stores or in the Mall of San Juan location is waaaaay better.
