  No lobby services after hours. You can not access P.O. boxes, drop boxes, or machines.

  While most of the staff at the counter are relatively friendly, the 2 woman in the office and working on the counter are unfriendly and unprofessional and don't understand what it means to work in the "Service" industry. I have been told that mail have been returned, I made claims with the senders in eBay although it wasn't their fault and to pay again for another shipping or the complete product, weeks later it turns out all the packages were stored at the post office and I got them all at once one day after WEEKS. I don't appreciate being lied to.
