  The customer service is awful. “ Luis” is lazy. I have seen him refuse USPS packaging to customers, not help pregnant customers with packages, and disappear when clients enter the store. I would cancel my box however my husbands business has been a faithful client for over ten years. The only reason he works here is because his mother also works there.

  This isn’t a functioning Post Office anymore. Location has been closed since hurricane.
