  This is by far the best notary in Puerto Rico! I've been on this island for over 7 years and have never seen anyone move so fast. He works hard to provide you the quickest service and done right! I highly recommend Luis.

  I had to do a notary for my Act 22 doc. and found Vivoni Law Office over the internet search. I called him without too much expectation as it was Friday late afternoon. To my surprise, the call was answered immediately and I was able to visit the office and received the notary service within 15 minutes. The attorney spoke fluent English and fee was also very reasonable. I strongly recommend anybody who needs public notary service.

  Highly recommend for notary service. It was very easy to communicate with the office, quick response via email and phone. Mr. Vivoni was flexible in setting up an appointment and provided me with the required notary. I felt like the office was clean and masks were worn and hand sanitizer was available. Very respectful.
