  Bought a six pack and once I payed for it the lady bagged it after I told her it was fine I had a backpack. Well I grabbed it by the bag and the handles broke off (both handles!!) 2 beers are broken now. The lady said. "You should have grabbed it by bothhandles." as I was showing her both straps. I asked if they could do anything about this. She said no and that I had to throw my mess away in the trash outside....

  Brought several heavy items , and cashier puts them all in one bag. When we asked for another bag because we were on foot, we were told no, only one bag! After threatening to return items purchased, than she gave us another bag with attitude. Very rude
