  Solamente he tenido un problema. Compre una impresora Canon y cada vez que he ido a comprar la tinta no la tienen. Ellos me indican que traen pocas, pero hemos ido mensualmente tratando de conseguirla y nada. Como necesitaba la tinta con urgencia tuve que conseguirla en Walgreen. Considero que si venden un equipo deben tener disponibles todo lo relacionado o era que estaban tratando de salir de la mercancía.

  I have been to the walmart in Hatillo Puerto Rico for three consecutives days to purchase a Refrigerator, a Range and a Washing Machine. No one available to answer questions and take the order. When I asked other Associates from the Departmetnts next to the appliances the answer was you have to wait there until the person from that Department comes, he is probably making a delivery, ??? I waited for about 25 minutes, nobody ever show up. Finally today I went to the front and spoke to another associate, I asked for the Manager or a Supervisor, was asked to wait. After 20 minutes I went back to the appliace department and search online on my phone for the specifications. An associate showed up. I asked the young fellow if he was the person working in the appliance Dept. , replied "no I was told to come here and help you.," I asked if he was knowledgeable about the specifications and features of the appliances and again replied no.I left the store at that point, because it was completely unaceptable. I have purchased several appliances over the years at a different store located in Margate Fl and the way business are conducted are completely different. Im planning to go tomorrow again to see if I can buy the Refrigerator, because I already went and purchase the Range and the washing machine from a local distributor. Hope someone read this and make some corrections. A business without customers is not going to succeed. Management should be available to attend customers wirh this issues. Thanks JLT
