  I give it a star, because there is no option of 0. This is the typical stylist who pays to have advertising in the networks publishing only good works and call himself "color artist" or "color expert" to attract clients, who otherwise do not they come to you. First, don't expect to find yourself in a room with amenities and space. This man, after charging you $ 50 for making an appointment (which he says is only to reserve space and it will apply to you in the final invoice, but in the end he does not do it and he does not understand), he sends you an address by text that turns out to be a space super small room type on the ground floor of a house in Villa Capri (no parking, no signs, no visible permits, no distancing or cleaning measures, you don't even have where to sit, etc). You arrive and he does the whole story, photos, presents options from his page and creates super expectations. I went for a hair color correction (he already knew it because he asks you for photos before making an appointment) and even knowing that the work it required required care and time, he had summoned several people in a short time. I gave him several options and he decided what he was going to do to me. As he got to work on other clients, he put two people to help him prepare the mixtures and apply them to me and obviously they have no preparation because he had to give them instructions, but he forgot about supervising the work. Anyway, the photos that I publish are just a sample of the result of the mediocre work that this individual did to me. I went out at night and when I got home and saw myself in the fast light I wrote to him about the mess of colors and the super damaged hair. Very arrogantly, he justified the disaster to how I already had my hair. The funny thing is that if that had been the case, why wasn't a professional advising me not to do anything to my hair? If you see the bill for $ 485 (+ $ 50 already paid that you did not apply to the bill, nor did you want to return) it says that I had a hair correction and two color touch-ups. It would be necessary to see who did that, because obviously what he did was damage my hair even more. When I wrote to him again, expecting a professional response and with the humility that it takes to accept that there are jobs that do not work as expected, he limited himself to replying that he could fix it but that I had to pay him as if it were a new job. Needless to say, my reply was to tell him that I would not pay him a penny more. I had to go to another salon to try to fix the mess I had in my hair. I do not recommend it and I hope that there are not many more who fall into the trap of being so unprofessional and arrogant.
