So they seem to think they are doing way better than they actually are. I would suggest for the management to go to 2 or 3 top hotel spas and get some ideas and implement them. The service was below average. But it has a great potential to be a quality spa. They did not use any hot towels, the room was very cold, bright, no hot stones etc.
Wanted to love this place but it is totally hit or miss and when your spending an average of $100 per service not including gratuity hit or miss is not acceptable! I received a massage and a scrub which were pretty good but i'll admit the scrub was overpriced and my friend got the same. Her experience was terrible. They literally just applied the scrub to her and left her sitting unattended under a sprinkler for the remainder of the service until they came back in to tell her to get dressed without even giving her a chance to clean off. For this they charged $90 plus tax and gratuity. When we complained about the service they refused to accept responsibility for the botched service, refused to offer any sort of refund, or even a comp service. Terrible customer service. If you like spending hundreds of dollars and just "maybe" getting your monies worth then this is your spot but if not... try somewhere else. What a disappointment .
